半導(dǎo)體材料的電導(dǎo)率對(duì)溫度變化測(cè)量要求，測(cè)控軟件實(shí)時(shí)繪制出溫度與電阻，電阻率，電導(dǎo)率數(shù)據(jù)的變化曲線(xiàn)圖譜，及過(guò)程數(shù)據(jù)值的報(bào)表分析.
